The Career Selection Webinar is "Step 2" of the Career Exploration Experience (CEE) in Canvas. Learn more about your personality, how this impact career choices, work environments, and which majors are best aligned. In this Career Exploration Experience, modules have been created for students to progress through a series of steps, with the guidance of a career counselor, to explore careers and majors through to completing a purposeful Student Education Program Plan. This experience includes the following:
STEP 1: Complete the assessment*
STEP 2: Attend Career Selection Webinar (Optional)**
STEP 3: Attend MBTI Interpretation Appointment with Counselor
STEP 4: Explore and Reflect
STEP 5: Follow-Up Appointment with Counselor
STEP 6: Complete the Feedback Survey
*Assessment must be completed prior to the Webinar if attending.
**Space is limited so sign up as soon as possible.

March 7, 2025What is Handshake? This is Fullerton College Career Center’s new online job board, which offers both on and off campus employment opportunities to students. Students can filter for full-time, part-time, and local positions, while also connecting with other students and employers on the platform. Students will also receive monthly emails with postings that align with their majors and interests.
This quick 30 minute session is geared toward students interested in diving deeper into the Handshake platform. The presenter will provide an overview of the platform and help run targeted job searches with you.

Major Discovery Day is a day to connect with counselors, meet faculty from various majors, explore career options, discover campus programs, student clubs, and resources, and update or change your major!
FOOD, OPPORTUNITY DRAWING, GAMES, ACTIVITES AND MORE!
Fullerton College students who are undecided in a major, visit the Career Exploration Table on the Quad to meet with career counselors and complete career assessments such as the SuperStrong and the new MBTI Experience, accessible in the 611 Lab or on your mobile device. The MDD Career Exploration Activity is an opportunity to reflect on your personal interests and/or personality and learn about related careers as well as identify aligned Fullerton College degrees and certificates. After you complete this Activity, you are encourage to meet with a counselor to discuss potential majors to create a purposeful Student Ed Plan. See you there!
