October 15, 2024The Career Selection Webinar is "Step 2" of the Career Exploration Experience (CEE). Learn more about your interests/personality, how these impact career choices, work environments, and what majors might be best aligned. In this Career Exploration Experience, modules have been created for students to progress through a series of steps, with the guidance of a career counselor, to explore careers and majors through to completing a purposeful Student Education Program Plan. This experience includes the following:
STEP 1: Complete the assessment*
STEP 2: Attend Career Selection Webinar
STEP 3: Attend SII Interpretation Appointment with Career Counselor
STEP 4: Explore and Reflect
STEP 5: Follow Up Appointment with Career Counselor
STEP 6: Complete the Feedback Survey
*Assessment must be completed prior to the Webinar.

What is Handshake? It’s Fullerton College’s online job board, offering on and off-campus employment opportunities. Students can filter for full-time, part-time, and local positions, connect with peers and employers, and receive monthly emails with job postings tailored to their majors and interests.
