If you said yes to either of these questions, then you need to attend this workshop! At the workshop, you will learn how to persuade an employer to invite you to an interview by targeting your resume to that particular job. Additionally, a cover letter is a great way to introduce yourself to the employer and tell them how your skills, knowledge, and abilities will benefit their company and meet their company needs. To grab the employer’s attention, you will learn how to write a basic business letter that's professional, concise, and to the point.

In this workshop, you will learn proper interview etiquette and how to positively impact the employer. We will teach you how to use the STAR method to answer almost any interview question. You will learn how to appropriately follow-up with the employer to get the best results. Additionally, in this workshop, you will learn how to network with employers and get the most out of your time with them. When meeting with employers, it is very important that you tell the employer how your experience and transferable skills will positively benefit their company. We will discuss how to strategize and get the most out of your time while talking to an employer.
