As a student, job fairs are a valuable part of your academic and career journey. They give you the opportunity to connect directly with employers, discover career paths, and gain insight into the job market. Gaining experience while you are in school can make a major difference, students who participate in internships or work experiences are more likely to land jobs after graduation, grow faster in their careers, and earn higher salaries (NACE, 2025). These opportunities also help you build confidence, develop professional skills, and figure out what career path is right for you.
The Spring 2026 Job Fair is based around our Hornet Pathways and features a wide range of industries including healthcare, education, business, advanced manufacturing, construction, environmental science, public service, automotive, recreation, technology, hospitality, and more. Whether you are looking for a full-time job after graduation, your first part-time position, or an internship, there are opportunities for you.
